What we collect

Our inquiry form collects:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Event date
• Location
• Guest count
• Event type
• Budget
• What you tell us about your vision

The form also has a hidden spam-prevention field. If you call, text, use WhatsApp, or send us a direct message, we receive whatever you choose to share. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and provide the service you request. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

Vercel hosts this site and receives the technical data described above. FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form inquiries to us, and Google Gmail receives them in our inbox. WhatsApp handles messages if you choose to contact us there. This site loads Google Fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or similar technologies to track you, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Do Not Track signals

This site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no uniform standard. Other parties do not collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through our site, except that Google receives your IP address and browser information when our fonts load, as described above.

We don't sell or share your information

We do not sell your information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until your request is handled or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices / California rights

You can ask what information we have about you or ask us to delete it by emailing Curlsgen@gmail.com or calling or texting (424) 525-3833. We respond within 30 days.
